My name is Bob Giannini.

I am the founder of Giannini & Yates.  Along with my partner, Allen Yates, and our paralegals, Brittany and Mary, we represent young people in Gwinnett County's Juvenile Court.  But, I want you to know that I am not just a lawyer who "sometimes" practices in the Gwinnett County Courts.  Gwinnett is my home.  

My office is in downtown Lawrenceville (220 West Crogan Street).  My house is in Gwinnett.  All three of my children went from kindergarden to high school in Gwinnett's Public Schools (one graduated from Parkview, and the other two attend high school in Gwinnett now).  Gwinnett is where we work, shop, eat, worship, and sleep.  My kids have been involved in all the things kids do right here in Gwinnett:  Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, baseball, football, cheerleading, tae kwon do, LUG, drama, and more.  As I said, Gwinnett is my home.  

I mention these things to you because if you are reading this you are probably trying to choose a lawyer for the most important thing in your life:  Your Child.  There are lots and lots of attorneys to choose from.  Many attorneys are intelligent, hard working, and decent people who are honestly trying to do right by their clients.

And, many attorneys are none of those things.  Many have no office, no staff, and seem to go wherever there is fast money to be made.

But, like I said, Gwinnett is where I live and my name is on the firm's front door.  We try to handle each of our client's cases in the way that I would want the case to be handled if it was my own child's case.
