"My promise is that we will represent your child the way I would want my own children to be represented."
Bob Giannini, Founding Partner and father of three.
My name is Bob Giannini.
I am the founder of Giannini & Yates. Along with my partner, Allen Yates, and our case manager, Mary, we represent young people in Gwinnett County's Juvenile Court. But, I want you to know that I am not just a lawyer who "sometimes" practices in the Gwinnett County Courts. Gwinnett is my home.
My house is in Gwinnett. All three of my children went from kindergarden through high school in Gwinnett's Public Schools. Gwinnett is where we shop, eat, worship, and sleep. My kids have been involved in all the things kids do right here in Gwinnett: Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, baseball, football, cheerleading, tae kwon do, LUG, drama, and more. As I said, Gwinnett is my home.
I mention these things to you because if you are reading this you are probably trying to choose a lawyer for the most important thing in your life: Your Child. There are lots and lots of attorneys to choose from. Many attorneys are intelligent, hard working, and decent people who are honestly trying to do right by their clients.
And, many attorneys are none of those things. Many have no office, no staff, and seem to go wherever there is fast money to be made.
But, like I said, Gwinnett is where I live. We try to handle each of our client's cases in the way that I would want the case to be handled if it was my own child's case.
And, that is the solemn promise I make to you: we will represent your child the way I would want my own children to be represented.
That is my promise. You know my name and where to find me.
Is your child facing a school disciplinary panel hearing? If so, are you aware that he/she has the right to have a defense attorney advocate for him/her? We also provide legal representation for students at Gwinnett County Disciplinary Panels.
GwinnettJuvenileAttorney.com is provided by the law firm of Giannini & Yates, LLC. We are Georgia criminal defense attorneys providing representation: to juveniles facing criminal charges; to students required to appear before a Gwinnett School Board Disciplinary Panel Hearing; to parents facing termination of parental rights or DFACS allegations; on juvenile driving offenses; on allegations of delinquency, deprivation, and unruliness. These charges may include felonies, misdemeanors, traffic or juvenile status offenses. Typical juvenile offenses we see in the Gwinnett County Juvenile Court include possession of marijuana or other possession of drugs, DUI, weapons charges, shoplifting, burglary or other thefts, sex offenses, and driving violations. We also represent parents facing termination of parental rights, and can help develop reunification plans to put families back together.
